When you start buying new underwear you’ll know you’re in love

All Personal Style
Not that I’m in love or anything. I’ve been living with my partner for 3 years now. Kind of weird considering I don’t like living with boyfriends, cause living with someones makes it difficult to cheat on them…Sniff.
Seriously though, you have to admit there’s a grain of truth in my theory.
When I was WILD and had fleeting relationships I fell in love almost every week. A pretty blonde guy who happened to sell vegetables near my block, was my dream date! Not to mention the guy who drank coffee in the same Coffee shop as me, we were so alike and meant for each other! <3 <3
I fell in love constantly and truly believed, that the next man was THE ONE.
Maybe you were a total stranger I took classes with, guess what, there’s an 80% chance I’ve masturbated on your photo… Aaah, those were the days! ^_^
Maybe I had too much free time on my hands, or maybe it was my crippled loveless childhood (thanks a lot mom and dad)! Or maybe I was an obsessive lunatic? Doesn’t matter, the point is, I always buy new underwear when I’m in love. Even though it’s safe to say, that sleeping with the guy wasn’t going to happen, ever, and my new underwear would be left unseen and worn home alone, with home made pasta and “Buffy the vampire slayer”.
It’s like this subconscious mechanism: “Oh hey, I’m in love with a random stranger, I should totally buy more underwear”. It’s sad to buy new underwear and not have anyone to share it with.
My drawer is full of freakishly uncomfortable underwear, from the shiny bejeweled bras, through the red thongs that go up your ass, to the lace boxers with ruffles that slide into your vagina and make you wish you were never born.

What about you guys, do you do crazy shit when you’re in love?

Fashiony part: Say hello to my new best friend! The tight as hell, stripe skirt. It does wonders to the ass! Sorry, there’s no photo of my ass, next time I’ll make one for sure!

  1. Oh wow, I'm so boring when it comes to under. I like it simple, beige and comfortable. I know, so vanilla. I did try to buy pretty things when I first got married but it's not like guys really appreciate pretty underoos. πŸ™ The bejeweled bras sound kind of like fun though!

Totally dig the striped skirt, it with the boots gives off a really subtle Beattlejuice vibe which is just awesome. And your pink hair is so pretty, you make growing out short hair look good!

And hey, love is shaving your legs for someone. πŸ˜‰

  2. I'm sure I've done some rather crazy stuff when I "smartly thought" I was in love but I'm not going to dig those things up since it's all useless right now and actually very hazy as well, haha.
btw, I looove your striped skirt, the pattern, the bright colour of it!

  3. hahaha! You never fail to crack me up. Never really done anything crazy from being in love, probably because I've never really been in love, but I sure am curious what would happen… πŸ˜€

Your super tight stripe skirt is pretty rad. I dig it. Expecting butt shots next time, lady!!

  4. Every time I read your blog I have to make sure I'm not drinking anything cause I spit it out through my nose. Seriously, chickie, you're hilarious. πŸ˜›

The hubs and I just celebrated one year of being hitched and he can always tell when I'm feeling particularly love-struck because I buy tons of underwear in really bright, anti-stereotypical-sexy colors. That, and I actually take a crack at the dishes. I hate dishes. So if I do them it's a freakish labor of love.

    love,
    a.

  5. You always make me laugh, Keit! I've been with my husband for almost nine years, but when we first met, I did buy a lot of new underwear πŸ™‚ Before that, I wasn't into serious relationships… or love, really… the longest anyone managed to hold my interest was a year, and that was only because he lived far away, so seeing him stayed a novelty for longer πŸ™‚ I love your tee and bag – and the way you somehow manage to make edgy style look so well put together!

  6. I want your skirt. I want your skirt. I want your skirt! I figured if I said it three times like Beetlejuice, it would just magically happen. Haha. <3 I love the colors in this outfit and the print on your shirt is so perfect! Will Smith's "Summertime" song immediately came to mind. Which reminds me, I have a pretty rad Fresh Prince of Bel-Air shirt that I need to wear a hell of a lot more. πŸ˜€

As for the whole living together thing, it's been about as long for me and my partner. It'll be four years in September. I think the only reason why we've been together for so long (going on 11 years and no we're not married, marriage is for fools! ;p) is because our relationship is completely open. If he wanted to bring someone home, all he has to do is tell me and I just don't come home for awhile. πŸ˜€ It's so brilliant. He's my roommate, my partner in crime, my best friend and my soul mate. <3

P.S. – I WAS UNABLE TO COMMENT ON YOUR BLOG OR ANY OTHER BLOG ON BLOGSPOT FOR DAYS! I'M SO SORRY! IF ANYONE ELSE IS HAVING THIS PROBLEM AND YOU'RE USING FIREFOX, YOU NEED TO GO TO OPTIONS AND CHECK THE BOX THAT CONTROLS THE ACCEPTANCE OF THIRD PARTY COOKIES. THAT FIXED THE PROBLEM FOR ME! FYI!

  7. Ha! Some days ago I looked at my commode and recognized that I definitely have to stock up my underwear – well, although I'm with my boy for 3 1/2 years now. πŸ˜€ Just like for me, you know. πŸ˜‰

Your outfit is gorgeous, by the way – I love the loose fit of the shirt combined with this skirt! You're such a babe!

    Xx, Sara.
