Bodycon maxi dress + floral headband

All Personal Style
When I was a kid I used to be sick all the time. Anything that was mildly contagious, I caught it and dragged it for weeks. My parents were fairly amused and frightened, by how much crap my organism could take. Now that I’m older, my immune system is as strong as Dwayne Johnson on steroids, which is why I  have forgotten what it was like, to feel like a complete turd. Yes, a turd, and a sick one too! I feel like a mollusk, repeatedly beaten with a wet cloth and stabbed 20 times in the back, just for the sake of it. So, obviously, this post is going to be a shortie! Yay!
Sorry for not commenting on your blogs too, gonna be back to my regular commenting schedule next week, when I don’t feel like throwing up every 3 hours. (this is a priceless information I’m giving you!)
Fashiony part: This outfit is an old one and looking at it right now, I love it more and more. I’m a freak when it comes to color combinations. In fact I love colorful clothes so much, that I actually have a hard time styling darker shades…
The bodycon dress is from a second hand shop. The button up mustard dress, which I used as a way to add another layer, is thrifted. And just for that extra pop of color I added to the mix a floral headband from EGOIST and my pink clutch. Ssshiny!

  1. Whoaa, you thrifted that awesome dress? It's so rad and bright and BOOM IN YO FACE. I love it! And it matches your hair… how perfect is that?

Awe, oh no!! I hope you get well soon, dear Keit! Being sick is a pain in the ass. I haven't been sick in YEARS so I can only imagine how much it would suck to finally be sick after being invincible for so long.

  2. I have always been the one who gets every single germ there is on motion and gets sick :x. Get well soon!
You look great! I used to have a similar dress in the 1990's. <- This comment is no irony, I loved 90's fashion!

  3. Augh! I hate getting sick and I'm always sick. I was sick this weekend so I know how you feel. The worst part is having to take lots of medicine!
That bodycon dress is awesome! It's a very happy color and the button up mustard dress makes it more wearable especially for those who don't have a flat stomach.

  4. Damn, dude. Get better! I'd rather you threw up than commented on my blog. I think only one of those things will make you feel better, anyway. Haha. <3

I wish I was the same as you when it come to color. For me, I am the opposite. Dark earthy tones plague my wardrobe with only small splashes of color mixed in. I've been trying very hard to change that for many months now. I think I'm getting there, but I don't think I'll ever truly be comfortable wearing lots of color. "I yam what I yam and that's all what I yam." ;P

This outfit is another favorite of mine. I love how you used the yellow shirt dress in a rather unexpected way to add more colorful effect to the outfit. Really well done! The contrast of color with the pink clutch is perfect!

  5. My brother had the same problem with being sick, the poor guy was sick pretty much every week and still is. I do hope you're feeling better, summer time is an awful time to be sick. (No missing all of the sunshine, it's better to be sick in the winter time when it's cold and miserable and it doesn't matter.) That said, for being sick you look pretty freaking hot. I love the long red dress with the boots, it's really cool looking proportion wise.
